 Jon Anderson 'Tour Of The Universe' DVD |
| Op 11 juli aanstaande komt de DVD 'Tour Of The Universe' van Jon Anderson uit en het is iets heel speciaals geworden. Het is dan ook zijn DVD debuut als solo artiest. De DVD is live opgenomen vorig jaar in Amerika, in de studios van XM Radio, en Jon speelt een mooie selectie uit zijn omvangrijk oevre maar ook veel nieuw werk. De DVD is opgesierd met innovatieve beeldtechnieken en animaties en dit maakt de 'Tour Of The Universe' een vooruitstrevend produkt. |
| Maar liefst 10 nieuwe stukken zijn er te vinden in de tracklist en daarmee laat Jon Anderson zien en horen dat hij nog steeds zeer creatief is. De manier waarop verschillende muziekstijlen hanteert laat zien dat hij nog steeds grenzeloos denkt als muzikant. |

| Op de DVD staan ook nog wat extra's zoals 'The Golden Mean', een bron van fascinatie van Jon, Dr. Ron Knott laat zien hoe dat in het alledaagse leven voor iedereen terug te vinden is. Liefhebbers van schrijver Dan Brown (Da Vinci Code, Bernini Mysterie) zullen wel dingen herkennen. 'Golden Music' is ook een extra en daarin vertelt concertpianist Roy Howat hoe 'The Golden Mean' componisten als Béla Bartók en Claude Debussy heeft beinvloedt. |

Gelijktijdig met de DVD 'Tour Of The Universe' verschijnt de CD single 'State Of Independance' met daarop het welbekende nummer, geschreven door Jon & Vangelis en bekend geworden door Donna Summer. Verder op die CD single nog 'You Lift Me Up' en een cover van Spike Milligan's 'Ying Tong Song' een videoclip, een screensaver en wallpapers. |

| "Solo Work In Progress - Tour Of The Universe" |
Jon heeft de smaak weer goed te pakken na zijn burn out van vorig jaar. Zo goed dat naast de DVD en CD single hij nu ook weer gaat touren en wel in september en oktober. Zoals al bekend is gemaakt per E-mail aan de YesFocus leden komt Jon op 5 oktober naar 013 in Tilburg met zijn one-man show. Inmiddels is de speciale fanclub voorverkoop begonnen, een voorverkoop waar alleen de YesFocus leden gebruik van kunnen maken. |

De tour die Jon gaat doen brengt hem naar veel Europese landen en dat is best opmerkelijk hij begint in Israël en gaat daarna o.a. naar Turkije, Polen, Spanje, Italië en alle Scandinavische landen. | On July 11th the DVD 'Tour Of The Universe' of Jon Anderson will be released and it certainly promises to be something very special. Appropiate as this is his debut DVD as a soloartist. |
| The DVD was recorded live at XM Radio studios last year and Jon plays a nice selection of his huge repetoire as well as new works. 'Tour Of The Universe' features innovative visualtechnique and animations, making it a pioneering release. No less than 10 news songs are featured and with that Jon shows that he's as creative as ever. By using different musicstyles in his songwriting he also shows his no bounds view as a musician. |

Jon is back in full action after his burn out of last year. Full action indeed because he will tour Europe in September and October. As we already announced by e-mail to our members Jon will be perfoming his one-man show in 013 Tilburg on October 5. The exclusive YesFocus presale recently started for the YesFocus members. |
The tour that Jon will be doing brings him to a lot of European countries, remarkable are Israël, Turkey, Spain, Italy and all Scandinavian countries. The dates that are in our 'neighbourhood' are Tilburg and Brussels (October 4 th ). |
